Work in the Community

Market Scott has worked in economic and community development for nearly 20 years and his specific area of expertise is in how universities can help local and regional communities create economic opportunity and a better quality of life for all their residents. He currently works with Purdue University in this capacity and has also held leadership positions with Thomas P. Miller & Associates and the United Way. Scott gets to spend time all over the U.S. with other economic and community development professionals  committed to sustainable neighborhoods, communities and regions. He is also engaged at a the national level with federal agencies and non-governmental organizations.
