Wilmot Mill Chocolate Chip Cookies

Wilmot_cookies_1On a recent trip to the Traderspoint Creamery Winter Farmer's Market, I picked up a Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix from the Wilmot Milling Company in Wilmot, Indiana. Although we usually make cookies from scratch at our house, I thought I would buy a bag of this for some night when we were in the mood for cookies but wanted a shortcut. Last night was such a night.

I want to report that the cookies were exceptional. The mix includes organic whole wheat flour, organic raw sugar, butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips, baking powder, and salt. All I had to do was add one beaten egg and drop rounded teaspoons onto a cookie sheet. Twelve minutes later we had cookies.

Wilmot Milling Company has been in operation since 1840. They sell grains and flours, baking mixes, and baking supplies and their products are available at Indiana farmer's markets, festivals, and on their website

Congratulations on your mention in Indy Star. My wife and I love Trader's Point Creamery (really like the yogurt).

Where can we buy your Amaizing Pancake Mix in the Indianapolis area?
