Peruvian Meat Market

My job takes me to some exotic locations. Today for instance, while visiting Peru I discovered a small meat market. Okay, it was Peru, Indiana but it was still an interesting small meat market. Bill's Meat Market and Grocery's slogan is, "When You Chews Your Meat, Chew's Bills!" Despite the corny tag line they had some nice looking aged beef. They also feature some bundles that can amount to a significant savings. The $120 Griller's Special, for instance, includes the following:

• 3 lbs Spare Ribs
• 5 lbs Country Style Ribs
• 3 lbs Beef Ribs
• 3 lbs Ribeyes
• 3 lbs New York Strip
• 3 lbs Sirloin
• 6 lbs Chicken
• 6 lbs Ground Beef

If I'm doing that math right that comes out to $3.43 per pound. The chicken in there kind of throws me off but that sounds like a pretty good price. I didn't have a cooler with me so I didn't buy any but I might give it a try if I'm up that way again.
