Jeeves & Company, Scottsburg

I'm traveling on business and had a good meal this evening at Jeeves & Company in Scottsburg, Indiana. This place is all about the food. The menu does not really match the ambiance. Jeeves is in an old building on Scottsburg's town square. The owners did not seem to put much cash into the remodel or decor. It has an eclectic-garage sale vibe. The menu on the other hand, is sophisticated and elegant.

For an appetizer I had the Shrimp Creole served over Brioche. For my entree I choose the 8 oz Filet Mignon and had it prepared Au Poivre with a Hunter Sauce. It was served with a spicy braised red cabbage and herb roasted potatoes.
